Our website and services are intended for use only by individuals in the United Kingdom. Orders or service bookings from outside the UK will not be accepted.

4. Registering for Services
When registering for services (e.g. NHS Prescriptions), you must ensure that the details you provide are accurate and kept up to date. By registering with Beacon Pharmacy, you authorise us to process relevant healthcare services on your behalf, including prescription orders and electronic prescriptions.

When you place an order or book a service, you will receive confirmation by email. This does not mean your request has been accepted. The contract between us is only formed when we confirm the service or dispatch the product.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
Due to the nature of pharmacy services and medicines, many products and bookings may be non-refundable once processed. However:
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
For services, cancellation may be permitted with reasonable notice. Please contact us directly.
Prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or dispensed in error.
8. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering or booking via approved methods (e.g. credit/debit card).

Risk of damage or loss transfers to you once a product is delivered. We aim to dispatch all products promptly, but are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

11. Electronic Prescriptions (EPS)
By registering with Beacon Pharmacy, you authorise us to receive your NHS electronic prescriptions directly from your GP. This nomination can be changed or revoked at any time by speaking with your GP or another pharmacy.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased. This does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
